The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to the metro station and Nana station. It is also easily accessible compared to other hotels in the area. the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance around the clock. the hotel offers good value for money.
Some guests have reported that the hotel corridors and smoking rooms can have an unpleasant smell.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect! It's nestled in an Arab area with great food and shopping options nearby. The service here is top-notch, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping and staff at the last night shift. The amenities are excellent, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi in rooms, and air conditioning, as well as a restaurant that serves halal food. My room was comfortable, with a sitting area, refrigerator, and electric kettle, along with free toiletries and in-room breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with a very clean pool and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were great, especially the free WiFi throughout. The location was perfect, being very close to Nana station and the metro station, as well as the markets. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

As business travelers, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The newly renovated Executive Suite was a pleasant surprise with its luxurious features and comfortable beds. The breakfast options were diverse, catering to Middle Eastern clients with Mediterranean and Arabian treats, as well as continental options. We appreciated the fact that the breakfast was entirely pork-free, which made it suitable for vegetarians as well. The location was excellent, with easy access to great food joints, the Nana Plaza Entertainment area, and shopping options. The staff, from the housekeeping to the check-in/out desk, were all friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.
